Our Operator Support and Sales Division has adopted a new global organization, comprising centralized "Corporate" functions and operational functions decentralized to geographic "Centers of Responsibility". As part of this initiative, the Turbomeca Tarnos site has become the "Center of Responsibility" (CR) for TURBOMECA France and will provide support activities for operators in Europe - Africa - Middle East - Pakistan - Japan - and also for the joint venture helicopter manufacturing programs.
Within the new organization, now part of our distribution network, all of your technical and commercial contacts belong to the Front Office department of the Turbomeca France Center of Responsibility. Those contacts are as follows:
Your Customer Support Manager who promotes the TURBOMECA offer and is there to ensure your total satisfaction
Your Customer Support Representative who is your prime point of contact for all your current contracts
Your Field Rep who is your main point of contact for all technical issues
