Final decision within 60 days (if some specific logistic requirements have been fulfilled)
Turbomeca shortens warranty administration lead times :
Once you have sent the dully filled in warranty claim form to Turbomeca, you will receive an official acknowledgment of receipt within one working day. Through it you will be informed if your request is administratively accepted or not or if some further information are requested.
In case of an administrative acceptance of your file and if some specific conditions in terms of logistics are fulfilled (refer to SL 2369/05), then Turbomeca commits to issue its technical decision within 60 days after the receipt of the equipment with its complete documentation. Such decision will be taken even if Turbomeca has not got all the technical elements enabling to give its technical verdict.
