Through its Standard Exchange policy, Turbomeca highlights its commitment to reduce lead times. If a Makila, Arrius or Arriel engine repair takes longer than the initially announced lead time, Turbomeca will, upon availability, suggest a standard exchange at a preferential price.

What is a Standard Exchange?
A Standard Exchange corresponds to the exchange of an unserviceable engine, module or life limited accessory (FCU) versus a serviceable engine, module or life limited accessory.

The equipment is offered:
Depending on availability in the Turbomeca Pool
With a property transfer
Equivalent to equipment being exchanged (same engine variant, same or higher standard)
The price of this service takes into account:
The difference in remaining life
The difference in standard
A standard exchange fee
A repair / overhaul fee depending on the works to be performed on the unserviceable equipment.
