Nevertheless, we are all well aware that nobody is completely safe from an AOG. With this in view, Turbomeca has prepared to help you get back to your missions as soon as possible.

Turbomeca believes that, in order to solve an emergency situation in the best conditions, the starting point is the capacity to work as a team. A specific organization as well as some dedicated communication channels have been implemented to make the link between all your contacts (AOG team, Field Reps ...)

In AOG conditions, your first port of call, as always, will be your Field Rep. Turbomeca has vastly increased the resources your Field Rep can count on. Furthermore their technical skills and experience will allow them to turn your AOG around smoothly and efficiently with no time wasted.

An AOG shipment, when necessary, is organized by a dedicated emergency team.
From the moment we receive your duly filled AOG form, we launch the race!
